Chaâbane & Co. – General enterprise for building and public works – was created on March 1st, 1976 on the initiative of its founder Mr. Nouri Chaâbane. It is a joint-stock company with a capital of 18 000 000 tunisian dinars.

Chaâbane & Co. has obtained unlimited agreements from the Ministry of Equipment, Housing and Territorial Development, to realize mega projects of civil and industrial buildings, roads, bridges, interchanges and highways, airports, special foundation work, coastal and hydraulic engineering, work of urban waste water treatment stations and environmental protection as well as urban development projects and their various networks.

Chaâbane & Co. is the mother company of a grouping of companies which intervene in the domains of construction, real estate, tourist investment and quarries exploitation.

Chaâbane & Co. also established a quality management system ISO 9001 (version 2008). The company is also thoroughly concerned with the development of human resources scientifically and technically and in the field of information and communication technologies as well.

In its quest to an international expansion, Chaâbane & Co. created a branch in Libya in 2003, authorized to realize high category general enterprise works.
